0-11 Number is a fixed monthly-rate business calls product for international business calls, excluding calls to the Canada and the USA, when dialing a phone number with the "0-11" prefix.
The "0-11" prefix is commonly known as the «international code». It establishes that the caller commits to be billed for the international communication.
VoxTel has received the status of CLEC Type III in 2007 (also known as non-dominant Canadian carrier). Since then, VoxTel is compliant with CRTC regulations regarding the sales of carrier billing solutions and the 0-11 Number product.
The cost of 0-11 Number is established on a monthly rate per country, determined on a volume of minutes of telephone communications originating from one country to another, according to the IDDD.
