How it works

  1. The user accesses your phone service
  2. VoxTel fetches his user profile from a CRM. It shows that as a returning client, he's eligible for 5 minutes of usage at a discounted 0.99$ per minute
  3. VoxTel applies the special price
  4. The user uses the service for more than 5 minutes
  5. After 5 minutes, VoxTel automatically sets the per-minute rate back to the regular price
  6. The user hangs up and the total cost of his call is charged directly on his phone bill
